Ally Bunin is an award-winning creative communications leader focused on driving employee engagement. She has nearly two decades of experience leading internal communications for organizations and is known for her passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience. During her nine-year tenure at Northwell Health—a $9 billion organization and the largest employer in New York—she built the internal communications platform from the ground up and oversaw the team responsible for connecting with 61,000 employees at 21 hospitals.
