Alissa Schepisi is senior vice president for employee experience at Edelman. She brings 15 years of communications experience, with a focus on internal communications planning and counsel, employer branding and change management. Her client roster has included United Airlines, Cargill, Motorola, Astellas, Kellogg School of Management, and Delta Dental. Before joining Edelman, Alissa worked at Ecolab. During her 10-year tenure, Alissa oversaw change and integration communications for the Nalco/Ecolab merger and developed the company’s first global internal channel and content strategy. She’s also worked in media relations for Rand Corp. and was a news editor for Knight-Ridder/Tribune news service.
