Stacey Derk is the director of executive and employee communications at Microsoft, where she connects executives with employees, partners and customers through communications.  She been working in sales, marketing and communications for 30 years, and what she likes best is how much tactics and strategies change while the essential goal of connecting with people stays the same. Derk has specialized in executive and employee communications for the last 12 years as a Microsoft employee and consultant and loves bringing tools from fiction-writing and storytelling into her work. She’s a fan of constant learning: Her favorite topics include psychology, history, marketing, video production and business intelligence.
