Beatrice Kennedy is the culture communications lead for Amazon internal corporate communications, including employee social media. Beatrice has spent the past 19 years working in communications and marketing for a variety of industries and business sectors, always with an eye toward employee experience and internal communications. She has a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College. She’s @juicynougat on Instagram and Twitter, and her favorite word is “petrichor.”
