Catherine Gluckstein is chief of staff for Xbox at Microsoft. Prior to that, she was co-founder and president of SumAll, a venture-backed SaaS data analytics platform. She led fundraising, strategy, PR and partnerships, raising over $14 million and building the platform from zero to over 200,000 organizations in three years. As vice president of corporate development at iStockphoto & Getty Images, Gluckstein was responsible for developing international markets, driving corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. She led the acquisition of iStockphoto, then joined the leadership team and board driving revenue a 100 times over the next four years. She also led Getty Images’ joint venture with Time Inc to launch LIFE.com, and served as a board member and CFO. Earlier in her career, Gluckstein was the vice president of audiobooks for Barnes & Noble/ BN.com, and joined Reuters in London as an international management trainee before progressing through international product and program management roles. Gluckstein started her career as a broadcast journalist working for the BBC and Reuters Television.
