Bobby Morrison is the IT manager of communications and engagement at Expedia. He has worked in customer operations, general IT support, incident management, release management and small- to large-scale process development, all of which led to his passion in internal communications. Having been on both sides of the fence (as both the technologist and the user) and seeing how disparate techno-speak is from every day language, Morrison’s goal is simple: Inform people about new or existing technologies in a way that is fun and engaging, makes sense to the employee, and is overall memorable.
