Kim Boller is a specialist on the Communications Measurement and Analytics team at Southwest Airlines, where she’s responsible for handling news and social monitoring functions, reporting on and analyzing crisis situations, as well as internal and external campaigns, and providing communication measurement strategy and guidance to stakeholders and teams throughout the company. She previously worked on the company’s Community Programs and Engagement team managing and building partner relationships with Southwest’s various charitable and music partners, as well as leading co-branded initiatives and events aimed at growing brand love and loyalty.
