Susanne Frame is a content director with Scotiabank’s Digital Factory, a space where digital, design, engineering and agile experts are building the bank of tomorrow for Scotiabank’s customers around the world. She has more than 15 years of experience conceptualizing and producing compelling content to inform and engage readers. Her team won two awards from Ragan Communications—a Content Marketing Award for Best Mobile App and an Employee Communications Award for Best Electronic Newsletter.
