Sara Gilgore is a reporter at the Washington Business Journal covering innovation in the D.C. region — startups, health, education, biotech and life sciences. She earned her master’s in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, after studying psychology and Spanish at Bucknell University. She grew up in the D.C. area.
