Lee Diaz is the social media product manager at Hilton Worldwide, where he manages new social tools and strategic partnerships as well as team member social engagement strategies. He leads the Hilton Suggests program, which connects team members worldwide with travelers seeking local expertise on Twitter. He has also leads the growth of Hilton’s employee engagement and advocate program, Lobby Buzz. Previously, Lee was the director of strategy and solutions at SocialChorus, where he led employee advocate programs and developed best practices with key Fortune 1000 brands. Lee also served as senior manager in social business at AT&T, creating internal initiatives to drive employee social education and collaboration. He led the AT&T Social Circle, one of the largest employee brand advocate programs in the world.
