Sara Glick is director of internal communications at Discovery Communications. In this role Glick cultivates an immersive employee experience that informs, engages and inspires people around the globe. She has the privilege of working with more than 7,000 hardworking, spirited and creative colleagues and brings them closer to all things Discovery, from Eurosport to TLC and from Shark Week to the Puppy Bowl. Previously she worked on the global events and brand activation team at Discovery, supporting such external activations as Deadliest Catch’s CatchCon and MythBusters at Comic-Con. Glick has earned a master’s degree in public communication from American University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Florida. (Go Gators!).
