Work is not a destination. Traditional employee communication takes advantage of channels like email, portals, and intranets. HR has additional channels, like the intranet portal or the expense app. We know, however, that adding more destinations for employees just dilutes their attention and adoption. This explains why organizations struggle with reaching and communicating with their employees.
